In Short

• Analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Assist in the implementation of solutions, including user training and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a Technology environment.
• Proficiency in business process modelling techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Media industry or a passion for news and journalism.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects.
• Proficiency in business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA) plus experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the Media industry or a passion for news and journalism.
