Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will design and document new processes based on requests from internal and external customers, analyze project scope, benefits, and risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Design and document end-to-end processes based on customer requests.
• Perform scope, benefit, and risk analyses for projects.
• Deliver prepared projects to the software team and test outputs.
• Monitor live developments and analyze issues and additional requests.
• Analyze existing processes and prepare improvement requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and prepare relevant documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in telecommunications is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
• Must have completed military service or have a deferment for male candidates.

Requirements

• Graduated from relevant fields such as Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, process development, or software testing.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MS Visio, UML, and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Regular reporting habits and attention to documentation.
