Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in Business Process Modelling.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Service & CX business.
• Experience in industries like Automotive, Healthcare, Retail, etc.
• Knowledge of Transformation / Process Re-engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
