Overview

Innovaccer is looking for a Clinical Transformation Consultant to support clinical transformation initiatives by assisting in patient screening and the collection of clinical data for studies. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of patient data in alignment with study protocols and healthcare standards.

In Short

• Assist in patient screening for clinical studies and transformation initiatives.
• Collect and document clinical data using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Monitor and support patient care while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of workflows and maintain data quality.
• Contribute to the implementation of clinical protocols and assist in research-related activities.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of experience in a clinical or research setting.
• Familiarity with EHR and EDC systems.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and compliance.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage clinical data accurately.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
