• Lead the Analytics team as the healthcare data subject matter expert.
• Define and evolve data engineering standards and practices.

• Prescribe best practices for diverse healthcare data sets.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering and/or data management.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics leadership.
• Experience with payer claims, pharmacy, clinical/EHR, and hospital revenue cycle data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and cloud data platforms.
• Track record of thought leadership in healthcare data best practices.
• Ability to enforce data governance and quality assurance at scale.
