Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to drive the strategy and direction for our foundational analytics solutions, including dashboards and analytical engines that enrich raw healthcare data. This role will focus on setting the direction of our products to enhance usability, adoption, and market fit, ensuring they deliver maximum value to end users and stakeholders.

In Short

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for foundational analytics products.
• Drive differentiation by monitoring competitor moves and industry adoption trends.
• Enhance usability, design, and effectiveness of dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and feedback loops to identify gaps.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of analytics engines.
• Establish best practices for dashboard development and performance optimization.
• Continuously evolve analytics capabilities by evaluating emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or product role in healthcare.
• Proven experience in designing and managing dashboards and analytical platforms.
• Strong understanding of analytics strategy and data visualization principles.
• Demonstrated success in improving usability and market adoption.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience in healthcare is required.
