Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of project management and Agile delivery for multi-million-dollar healthcare technology implementations at our customers.

In Short

• End-to-end project management including scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.
• Managing delivery using Agile framework and Scaling Up Processes/People.
• Reporting to leadership on various OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage a project to a Contract/Service Order.
• Create project/release/sprint plans and present them to stakeholders.
• Implement proactive risk/issue management processes.
• Prepare and publish status reports to internal stakeholders.
• Manage resource capacity and utilization.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies and best practices.
• Challenge and remove organizational impediments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Computer Science or Engineering background.
• Top-notch problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Agile framework/tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience managing government customers/projects.
• Experience in Healthcare Data Analytics preferred.
• Experience in IT/Automation (APIs, SQL, BI).
