Director of Product Analytics - Remote

In Short

• Lead and grow product data analysts who will support and provide insights and direction to business stakeholders
• Lead the sophisticated design, implementation, and measurement of various experiments to understand the incremental impact of product changes and user flow updates
• Partner with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to implement Machine Learning programs across product teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to product leadership by providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Translate complex data into clear narratives that influence product decisions and priorities
• Identify new reporting and data requirements, document them, and coordinate with engineering
• Be the subject matter expert on identifying customer trends and diagnosing data anomalies
• Contribute to the Analytics and Data Science group via mentoring and showcasing excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of in-depth Analytics experience in partnership with Growth and Product Management departments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
• Very strong communication skills
• Experience with experiment design and A/B/n test analysis
• Ability to think through complex problems and present results
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Experience with cross-team project management
• Expert proficiency with SQL
• Experience with Python and/or R a plus
• Experience with web and app analytics platforms
• Experience with data visualization software
