HR & Transformation Consultant - Remote

Overview

Sia Partners is looking for a Consultant to join the HR & Transformation practice in Milan. The resource will be involved in projects related to organization, review, and business transformation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Work Psychology, Organizational Management, or Management Engineering.
• 1-3 years of work experience in leading consulting firms in organization, change, or people management.
• Excellent English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HR Tech solutions.
• Familiarity with BI & Analytics solutions (Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
• Enthusiasm and proactivity.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Teamwork and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong results orientation and data-driven reasoning.
