The Utilities Change Management Consultant will drive the people side of technology and process transformation within the Utilities Operational Technology environment, working closely with high-profile clients.

Requirements

• Prosci Change Management Certification is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in Change Management within the Utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of Operational Technology systems.
• Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in driving large-scale change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices.
• Formal SCRUM or Agile certifications are an asset.
• Ability to stay focused throughout long projects.
