Change Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

Extropy is seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Management Consultant to lead both internal and client-facing change initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working, supporting Extropy’s internal operations and driving transformation programs for our clients across various industries, including those with complex compliance needs such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

• Lead change management strategies for clients and internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with ERP, P2P, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and organizational design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Experience in consulting or high-growth firms.
• Comfort in agile environments with iterative delivery models.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana and LMS platforms.
