Junior Principal Consultant - AP SME - Remote

Overview

Extropy is seeking a Junior Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of Accounts Payable (AP) automation and P2P transformation solutions.

In Short

• Assist in AP process mapping and configuration documentation.
• Support testing of invoice workflows and data validations.
• Maintain project documentation in Asana and SharePoint.
• Participate in client workshops and take structured notes.
• Help track project progress with assigned Project Manager.
• Shadow AP SMEs during client design sessions.
• Achieve project milestones with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Resolve AP-related incidents within SLA.
• Develop reusable AP solution components.
• Maintain learning progress on AP modules.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or AP operations.
• Foundational knowledge of invoice workflows and AP controls.
• Exposure to Basware or Esker is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or Information Systems.
