In Short

• Apply a structured methodology and support change management activities
• Collaborate with client executives to build a Case for Change
• Support communication efforts
• Assess the change impact
• Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders
• Support training efforts and manage communications
• Complete change management assessments
• Ensure project management standards are leveraged
• Provide input for training program design and delivery
• Work independently and remotely in support of clients

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree and at least 3 years of consulting experience
• Experience in technology or process change implementations
• Strong communication skills to liaise between business and IT
• Experience in full life-cycle project development
• Experience managing change initiatives for Financial, HR, or Supply Chain systems
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Must be willing to travel
