In Short

• Lead SCM delivery for assigned clients
• Conduct weekly status meetings
• Perform quarterly release testing
• Configure and maintain Oracle Supply Chain modules
• Collaborate closely with technical teams
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Provide training sessions for team members
• Work independently as a consultant
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules (SCM)
• 4+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle SCM Cloud (Fusion)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle SCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Available to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)
