In Short

• Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
• Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
• Defining new and refining existing business processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
• Hands-on configuration of the solution with the ability to support junior team members

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree.
• More than 10 years of implementation experience in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud with 4 years of experience as a workstream lead with Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management & Supply Planning) and Plan-to-Produce business process knowledge.
• 4 years of experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Cloud (Demand Management & Supply Planning)
