In Short

• Provide functional and technical support across multiple Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications.
• Manage, resolve, and close support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
• Lead EPM support delivery for assigned clients, conduct regular status meetings.
• Perform monthly release validation testing and maintain relevant documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to data loads, calculations, integrations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex system issues.
• Interface with Oracle Support for critical incident management.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to support solution enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide support coverage during assigned shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on implementation or application support experience in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience supporting EPM applications, especially EPBCS and FCCS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work night shift support (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).
