Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Performance Management, you will work closely with a dedicated team to advise clients across various sectors, focusing on financial challenges and sustainable growth.

In Short

• Contribute to internal steering and external accountability for clients.
• Support end-to-end implementations of EPM systems.
• Translate strategies into measurable KPIs and management reports.
• Develop ESG reports to contribute to the sustainability transition of organizations.
• Coach and support junior colleagues in their professional growth.
• Engage in strategic financial issues like Cost and Profitability management, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Conduct interviews, give presentations, and organize workshops.
• Work on multiple small projects or one large project simultaneously.
• Maintain client relationships and facilitate client events.
• Participate in team meetings and social events.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with financial issues and interest in complex challenges.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English at a professional level.
