Overview

The Strategic HR Business Partner works closely with business executives as the strategic face of the HR function. This role is crucial for driving long-term business change, ensuring smooth HR processes and highly motivated and high-performing people who feel rewarded and recognized. Each Strategic HR Business Partner is responsible for their own business line (Assurance, Advisory, Business Services, Partner affairs) and works closely with the designated HR Business Advisors within this department.

• Extensive experience in HR business partnership within large organizations.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• High degree of organizational sensitivity.
• Strong understanding of performance management and talent evaluation.

• In-depth knowledge of employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in health and wellbeing metrics evaluation.
• Proficiency in HR software and platforms.
