Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner.
• Experience in a similar organization, preferably with a Supply Chain department.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience operating at management level.
• Vision for people-oriented leadership.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of works council processes.
• Proven ability to implement and improve HR policies.
• Experience in managing change processes.
• Strong leadership qualities.
