• Participate in international HR projects

• Advise leaders and talents on HR-related questions
• International collaboration with local HR generalists

Requirements

• Completed business studies with a specialization in HR or relevant HR training
• Several years of experience in HR across the employee lifecycle
• Enjoyment in a diverse range of responsibilities
• Experience in organizational development and understanding of team dynamics
• Strong advisory skills and willingness to question processes
• Structured and independent working style
• Very good German and good English skills
