Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong consultation and coaching skills.
• Proactive attitude with adaptability.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High proficiency in English.
• Experience working as part of an HR team.
• Passion for employee experience and innovative initiatives.
