We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated iOS Team Lead to join our team and lead a group of skilled iOS developers responsible for developing our Fintech offering - Viber Pay.

Full time job. We’re working in hybrid mode, from home and the office.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and manage an agile team of ~8 senior iOS engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of iOS features.
• Ensure compliance with fintech industry regulations and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a team leader.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile software development.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Familiarity with core banking and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of MVVM/MVC architecture.
