In Short

  • Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant on employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Implement best practices in talent management, performance coaching, and development.
  • Drive HR analytics & metrics to improve decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Ensure sound HR practices that align with local, state and federal laws.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws & HRIS systems.
  • Experience in healthcare or ABA (a plus!).
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in remote role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
