Requirements

• Completed business studies with a specialization in HR or a solid HR training.
• Several years of experience in HR across the employee lifecycle.
• Enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities and collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Experience in organizational development and understanding of team dynamics.
• Strong advisory skills and willingness to question processes.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
