HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an adaptable HR Business Partner for our dynamic environment, where success often requires creative solutions beyond traditional HR practices.

In Short

• Oversee and manage day-to-day regular & ad-hoc HR operations in compliance with internal policies.
• Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic support to leadership in talent management and organizational development.
• Support performance management process, from setting goals to executing performance reviews to drive employee motivation and strategic development.
• Manage employee cycle through effective execution of onboarding, salary review and offboarding.
• Drive positive workplace culture by implementing and analyzing employee engagement initiatives (eNPS surveys, etc.)
• Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure HR strategies align with business needs.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive HR offering to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations and as an HRBP within the IT and/or iGaming sector.
• Expertise in performance management, employee cycle, engagement, and data-driven HR decision-making.
• Experience in applying project management practices.
• Proficient in HR tools and software (experience with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal.
