Overview

We are seeking a committed Architect to lead the development and expansion of our Aviatrix product architecture, driving innovation and efficiency across our technical solutions.

• Lead the development and expansion of Aviatrix product architecture.
• Collaborate with multiple development teams and a reliable DevOps squad.
• Manage and maintain non-functional requirements including scalability and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
• Ensure successful third-party audits of the solution.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to deliver functional solutions.
• Oversee implementation of backlog features from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Expertise in microservices architecture and design patterns required.
• Proficiency in building APIs using technologies like Golang and AWS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 7+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in requirements collection and system development.
• Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple engineering teams.
• Expertise in microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in building APIs using Golang, Postgres, Redis, Kafka.
• Experience in building cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
• Hands-on knowledge of observability tools like ELK and Grafana.
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and verbal.
