Product Designer for AI Research and Development - Remote

Overview

Handshake is expanding into AI research and development, building a world-class network of expert Fellows who contribute to cutting-edge AI through specialized research, model evaluation, and domain-specific applications. We’re looking for a Product Designer to build high-impact products that support our Fellows in their work, ensuring they have the tools and infrastructure needed to drive AI innovation.

In Short

• Organize, craft, and iterate on AI products using data and research.

• Experience with multi-sided marketplaces and LLM products is a bonus.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping features for mobile and desktop.
• Ability to iterate quickly and gather feedback.
• Strong skills in product strategy and pixel-level decision-making.
• Experience in creating mocks, prototypes, and flows.
• Curiosity about the workings of a three-sided marketplace.
