Head of Product Design and Development - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Head of Product Design and Development who is responsible for overseeing the Product Design and Development pillar. This position will drive user-centric innovation and ensure the highest standards in designing and developing comprehensive product features.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Designers, BAs, CX, UX, and UI designers.
• Define and implement product strategies that prioritize user experience.
• Oversee the design and development of product features.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in product design and development practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for team and product performance.
• Support pre-sales and sales activities by providing insights into product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience building a startup from the ground up as Founder / Co-Founder.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing diverse product development teams.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, user research, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
