Cloud Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for Cloud Engineers who want to establish their careers in the highly in-demand field of cloud computing.

In Short

• Help customers design, build, and operate their cloud infrastructure.
• Respond to client support queries.
• Provide support over the phone, email, or via remote access.
• Manage multiple cases and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Work on multiple cloud migration and optimization projects.
• Manage cloud infrastructure following best practices.
• Work on rotating shifts to cover 24 x 7 operations.
• Communicate with customers to resolve problems.
• Complete support tickets.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Computing / Business or equivalent.
• Experience in IT Related domain.
• Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills such as communication and active listening.
• Knowledgeable in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledgeable in AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Understanding of networking protocols & applications.
• Experience with AWS-based deployments and related services.
• Understanding of coding or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
