Vice President of Research and Development - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a visionary VP of R&D to shape and scale our global engineering organization of 50+ talented engineers distributed across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you’ll define the technical and people strategy for our cloud-native SaaS products, champion best practices in distributed engineering, and ensure our solutions continue to set industry standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 10 years in a leadership role at B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and public cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of leading distributed teams.
• Strong technical acumen in software development and architecture.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving operational excellence.
• Familiarity with FinOps principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
