Vice President of Development - Remote

Overview

The VP of Development will lead the development and QA teams at the company. This individual will partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in delivering valued solutions for a targeted industry and customers. An ideal candidate is a proven technology leader with a track record of building highly scalable, 24/7 available web applications and services. The successful candidate will be passionate about building native and web applications as well as delivering highly scalable and highly available web services that provide the most value for the market and customers.

• Design and scale a development organization to be highly productive and scalable, enhancing team efficiency and adaptability.
• Build and drive highly productive and scalable DevOps operations to enhance software deployment and operations.
• Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization.
• Implement diverse delivery methodologies to enhance product delivery efficiency, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
• Align resources, commitments, and stakeholder expectations efficiently to deliver high-value project outputs and solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Or equivalent degree
• Master's degree in Computer Science Preferred
• 7+ years in Development Leader
• Travel expected: 25-50%
• Office Requirements: 3 days per week
