The Vice President of Talent Development and Learning is responsible for shaping and executing a transformative leadership, learning and performance management strategy to enhance team members performance, engagement, and career growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for leadership development.
  • Identify leadership development priorities through assessments and feedback.
  • Oversee design and deployment of engaging learning programs.
  • Establish a strategic approach to leadership development.
  • Support mentorship and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Design foundational development experiences for managers.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align development programming.
  • Measure and analyze effectiveness of development programs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
  • Manage the budget for leadership and manager development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in leadership development.
  • Experience in building instructor-led and virtual curricula.
  • Deep understanding of leadership models and adult learning theory.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
  • Innovation and creativity in addressing challenges.
  • Understanding of organizational structures and processes.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and mentoring skills.
