Director, Commercial Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director, Commercial Finance will be an integral part of our global Finance organization, serving as the commercial right hand to the CFO and the financial authority across our global go-to-market organization.

• Senior leadership role at the intersection of Finance and Sales.
• Own commercial governance and lead the Commission Committee.
• Partner with Sales leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and incentive design.
• Ensure growth translates into predictable, profitable financial outcomes.
• Responsible for commercial decision-making and incentive governance.
• Build and maintain advanced models to evaluate deal economics.
• Act as the CFO’s primary commercial finance partner.
• Provide executive-ready analysis on GTM performance.
• Ensure accurate and compliant commission payouts.
• Continuously improve commercial processes to support global scale.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Commercial Finance or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience in commission governance and incentive plan design.
• Deep understanding of bookings mechanics and deal economics.
• Experience partnering with CRO-level stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience in SaaS or cloud business models preferred.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across executive stakeholders.
