Overview

The Sales Development Manager - SELECT will lead and scale the global BDR team, focusing on generating qualified pipeline through outbound efforts in a fully remote capacity.

  • Lead and scale a global BDR team across North America and EMEA.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Development or Business Development in a SaaS or Cloud environment.
  • Experience building an outbound sales motion.
  • Expertise in crafting call scripts and objection handling.
  • Experience managing teams across different time zones.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in Salesforce and other tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills for training and leadership.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel for events as needed.
