Overview

The Sales Development Manager - PerfectScale will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for leading and scaling our global BDR team across North America and EMEA.

  • Support hiring and onboarding of new BDRs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Sales Development or Business Development.
  • Experience in a SaaS or Cloud environment.
  • Proven success in building outbound sales processes.
  • Expertise in crafting messaging for different personas.
  • Experience managing teams across different time zones.
  • Strong operational mindset with hands-on CRM experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented.
  • Ability to travel for events as needed.
