Overview

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our global legal team. This role is based remotely in the Central or Eastern Time Zone United States. This role would cover activities in North America primarily, with support in EMEA and APAC as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 8-12 years of experience in an international corporate environment.
• Previous experience in M&A is essential.
• Experience in supporting sales teams in a technology company.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal risks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
