Overview

As the Senior Legal Counsel at Deel, you will provide essential legal support on employment laws and compliance for a global payroll and HR platform.

In Short

• Work closely with internal stakeholders on employment law compliance.
• Draft and review employment agreements and employee handbooks.
• Provide counsel on employee relations and terminations.
• Contribute to developing efficient contract negotiation processes.
• Help maintain training materials and guidelines.
• 3-4 years of legal experience preferred.
• Specialist knowledge of Spanish employment law is required.
• Fluency in English is necessary.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
