• Partner with sales teams to negotiate customer deals and contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Drive privacy and AI compliance strategies.
• Collaborate on internal training and legal operations strategy.
• Support employment-related questions and contract reviews.
• Manage housekeeping matters such as IP portfolio and insurance.
• Challenge outside counsel on legal topics.
• Triage legal and business issues effectively.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the UK.
• 5+ years’ experience in law firms and in-house.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, especially SaaS and technology agreements.
• Interest or experience in privacy and AI compliance.
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a remote, async-first environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and curious about new technologies.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
