In Short

• Take ownership of UX/UI for OpenCTI and OpenAEV, core cybersecurity products.
• Improve usability and clarity while respecting technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and the Head of Design.
• Design new features from discovery to delivery.
• Handle UX/UI issues and usability bugs.
• Apply Design System principles to ensure consistency.
• Pay attention to user signals and contribute to feedback initiatives.
• Work with a diverse team including the Head of Design and Product Managers.
• Help structure insights for design and product decisions.
• Participate in shaping feedback collection methods.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong UX skills for complex or B2B products.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Clear communication and structured thinking.
• Experience with open-source products is a plus.
• Interest in cybersecurity or technical domains is beneficial.
• Experience in collecting and synthesizing user feedback is a plus.
