Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to serve as the design owner across our product, ensuring quality and cohesion in design output.

In Short

• Take ambiguous product problems and frame them into clear design solutions
• Own the quality standard for design and ensure cohesion across application surfaces
• Complete designs directly and, as needed, direct contractors and collaborators
• Define and run the Design critique process
• Collaborate with integrity and openness to feedback
• Use AI tools to accelerate design work
• 6+ years of Design experience, with a minimum of 3 years startup experience
• Demonstrated ownership of design quality end-to-end
• Comfort operating in a complex environment
• Fintech / benefits / e-commerce experience is a plus
