In Short

• Own end-to-end design for assigned features.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and design teams.
• Digest user research to turn insights into actionable design improvements.
• Engage in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail.
• Proactively identify design opportunities to improve usability and aesthetics.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating interaction design and visual design skills.
• Experience across web, mobile, and responsive design.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Comfort with rapid iteration.
• Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, etc.).
• A systems thinker who can design for scale.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
