We’re looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join ShopMy’s People team, responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and benefits for our growing team.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (US and global).
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits.
• Partner with brokers to evaluate and optimize benefits offerings.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and benefits-related laws.
• Implement process improvements for payroll and benefits systems.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely tax filings.
• Manage annual open enrollment and employee communications.
• Negotiate benefits plans for cost efficiency.
• Support workers’ compensation audits and retirement plan compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• 5–7+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
• In-depth knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing payroll for distributed teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements.
