Overview

The Payroll & Benefits Manager’s role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and benefits administration for UK and US mainly, with small payrolls /EOR in Europe/NZ. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records.

In Short

  • Responsible for coordination and processing payroll for all UK, US & rest of the world (ROW).
  • Manage all employee benefits in the UK, including pensions and private medical insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits-related legislation in the UK and US.
  • Collaborate with Finance & People & Culture teams.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
  • Conduct periodic audits and monthly reconciliations of payroll data.
  • Point of contact for payroll and benefit-related inquiries from employees.
  • Work with third-party providers for benefits oversight.
  • Implement best practices and technologies to enhance payroll operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of UK and US payroll laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments.
  • Experience with payroll software, preferably ADP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in compliance and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills.
