This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Requirements

Expertise in payroll practices, procedures, and legislation.
Experience processing weekly and monthly payroll for 500+ employees.
Proficiency with Employment Hero and strong MS Excel skills.
A background in Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Services is advantageous.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and empower a team.
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economics, Certificate III in Business or Certificate III in Financial Services can be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to investigate issues and find solutions.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive payroll information.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team.
