In Short

• Lead the setup of payroll processes and activities in new locations.
• Manage payroll vendors and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Work closely with Finance team for financial reconciliation.
• Oversee administration of equity programs.
• Support company-wide goal setting and develop payroll best practices.
• Identify and drive process improvement projects.
• Support tax filing and audit requests.
• Drive process improvements as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of end-to-end payroll process experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and local regulations.
• Proactive in process improvements and automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
