Overview

The Senior Director of Finance will lead Aspire’s Finance organization, overseeing financial strategy and operations while partnering with the executive team to drive business performance and sustainable growth.

• Lead Finance and Revenue Operations functions.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in finance leadership roles.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
• Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of fundamental Accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations preferred.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
