In Short

• Oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, equity, tax, internal controls and finance operations functions across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Management of a team of approximately 20 people.
• Lead the process of the period close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP, including preparation of periodical financial statements and reporting to investors and stakeholders.
• Managing all global tax planning, and making sure of the company’s compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes.
• Oversee the Finance Operations, including bookkeeping, AP invoice processing and Payroll processes.
• Manage controls over the financial reporting process, including process design and management of ongoing execution.
• Lead finance-related requirements in cross-company automation projects and process improvement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT), auditors, and others.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience including vast experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting and tax.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a leading (managerial position) finance professional in a global high-tech company.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge - a must.
• CPA who holds a degree in accounting and Big4 experience.
• Excellent English – both written and verbal.
• Experience with public companies, preferably NASDAQ-listed – an advantage.
• Experience in the Media or Adtech industry - an advantage.
