In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of six finance professionals.
• Manage expectations and communication with the Executive team.
• Support the transition to new business metrics.
• Lead the mid-year reforecasting process.
• Oversee the annual audit process for compliance with US GAAP.
• Maintain financial systems including NetSuite and Pigment.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Expertise in NetSuite and experience with FP&A tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
