Senior Finance Director - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director Finance will report to the Chief Financial Officer. This role will be pivotal in ensuring financial strategies align with the company's goals and operations. The Senior Finance Director will be responsible for leading a team of financial professionals, including the Controller, Project Financial Accounting (PFA) Director, and Project Accounting Director. This leadership role will also involve collaborating with senior management to provide financial insights and contribute to key business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management.
• 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience in international finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, and SQL.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence business decisions.
