Senior Clinical Research Associate, Dermatology & Rheumatology - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will monitor the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites or remotely, ensuring that clinical trials are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Conducts site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for research sites.
• Participates in investigators’ meetings.
• Prepares site visit reports and follow-up letters to the investigator.
• Builds productive relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Performs source data verification and ensures adequate data collection.
• May assume Lead CRA responsibilities including reviewing site visit reports.
• Tracks site visit metrics and escalates issues to project teams.
• Supports development of clinical monitoring plans and training materials.
• Mentors other CRAs and conducts quality control visits.
• Travel to research sites approximately 65% of the time.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical monitoring in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of ICH/GCP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work under pressure.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in dermatology is an asset.
